Birthday Cakes 4 Free is based on the belief that every child deserves a birthday cake. They serve children that through no fault of their own have found themselves in poverty, shelters and/or foster care. They also serve senior citizens in situations of need. The chapter also is honored to provide cakes to wounded military heroes who are receiving medical care in the San Antonio area.
